To access and view details of the start-ups, you simply need to go to our website; in doing so you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We have made two versions of the legal terms: ‘The Short Version’ which gives you an overview and ‘The Long Version’ which provides more detail. Marketplace allows start-ups to provide information about themselves and their activities on the site and facilitates the exchange of further information with registered users of the site. Investor Marketplace does not approve, moderate, check or verify the completeness or accuracy of the information on the Marketplace and has no influence or control over information exchanged between start-ups and users as a result of contact through the site.

The fact that a start-up appears on the Marketplace does not necessarily indicate that Investor Marketplace endorses the product or service it supplies. We make no warranties or representations in respect of any of the products or services appearing on the Marketplace.
