To access and view details of the start-ups, you simply need to go to our website; in doing so you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our site. If you want to get in touch with a start-up, we need to set a few more terms and conditions. We have made two versions of the legal terms: ‘The Short Version’ which gives you an overview and ‘The Long Version’ which provides more detail. This should, we hope, make the terms easier to digest!

This section is a summary of the terms and conditions which govern your use of the interactive features of the website at climate-marketplace.com (“the Marketplace” or “the site”). Marketplace allows start-ups to provide information about themselves and their activities on the site and facilitates the exchange of further information with registered users of the site. Investor Marketplace does not approve, moderate, check or verify the completeness or accuracy of the information on the Marketplace and has no influence or control over information exchanged between start-ups and users as a result of contact through the site.

The fact that a start-up appears on the Marketplace does not necessarily indicate that Investor Marketplace endorses the product or service it supplies. We make no warranties or representations in respect of any of the products or services appearing on the Marketplace.
