To access and view details of the start-ups, you simply need to go to our website; in doing so you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We have made two versions of the legal terms: ‘The Short Version’ which gives you an overview and ‘The Long Version’ which provides more detail. Investor Marketplace does not approve, moderate, check or verify the completeness or accuracy of the information on the Marketplace and has no influence or control over information exchanged between start-ups and users as a result of contact through the site.

The fact that a start-up appears on the Marketplace does not necessarily indicate that Investor Marketplace endorses the product or service it supplies. We make no warranties or representations in respect of any of the products or services appearing on the Marketplace.

          Performance Marketing Completion Fee

          What is the Active Campaign?
          The Active Campaign is our hands-on matchmaking service for startups that are actively raising. We proactively reach out to your top five matched investors on the platform and personally facilitate every introduction over a 60–90 day window. It's the difference between passive visibility and active, curated matchmaking.
          Do I pay the completion fee if I raise from investors outside the platform?
          No. Completion Fees apply only to funds raised from Participating Investors introduced through Climate Marketplace. If no platform-introduced investor participates in the round, no Completion Fee applies.
          Are you acting as a broker or intermediary?
          No. Climate Marketplace is a marketing and investor visibility platform. We do not provide investment advice, negotiate transactions, or act as an intermediary. Startups and investors engage directly and independently.
          Is the featured placement separate from the Active Campaign?
          Yes — they are independent and complementary. Featured placement (€350) puts your startup in front of 10,000+ investors in our weekly briefing. The Active Campaign (€600) is our proactive matchmaking service. Many startups choose both to maximise raise momentum.
